This is supposed to be a very cooling, calming oil, good for muscle cramping:
- 1/2oz. carrier oil
- 3 drops eucalyptus essential oil
- 4 drops juniper essential oil
- 1 drop jasmine absolute
Comfrey cream and arnica cream are both good for sprain/strained muscles and sore muscles, as is a thyme oil (diluted) compress.
