A Sleep Spell (By Insidious)


You will need the following items for this spell:

  • Concentration
  • Focus
  • Bedtime/Naptime
  • A place to sleep
  • Your Voice
  • Belief

A sleep spell.

Find a nice area in your bed and lay yourself down relaxing from all angles. Meditation is recommended but not needed as much.

Now focus on yourself falling asleep, Closing your eyes.

Now chant this spell 10 times.


"Help me sleep,
help me sleep well,
help me rest with this Wiccan spell."


You should slowly feel drowsy and fall asleep.
