Doves Blood Ink

• 1 part dragon's blood
• 2 drops cinnamon
• 2 drops bay
• 10 parts alcohol
• 1 part gum Arabic
• 2 drops rose oil

Dove's Blood Ink is typically used for love spells. Mystical Inks are traditionally used for the writing of spells, magickal requests, petitions, wished, and the inscription of Mystical Seals.

You can use Dove's Blood Ink for writing in your Book of Shadows, or for writing love spells.

It is also used for thanking the Higher Powers for their assistance or aid.

Dragon's Blood is an herb, and used for incense spells and make ink.

Muscle Ache Oils

This is supposed to be a very cooling, calming oil, good for muscle cramping:

• 1/2oz. carrier oil
• 3 drops eucalyptus essential oil
• 4 drops juniper essential oil
• 1 drop jasmine absolute

Comfrey cream and arnica cream are both good for sprain/strained muscles and sore muscles, as is a thyme oil (diluted) compress.

Go To Sleep Potion

You will need the following items for this spell:

• Lavender Oil
• Spearmint or peppermint leaves
• Some sort of bottle that you can spray the potion out of

This will help you go to sleep.

Boil lavender oil in pot and add spearmint or peppermint oil.

Then put in spray bottle and spray under nose.
